A: According to one of our customers, a preview feature whereby SQL Azure databases can be scaled by Microsoft on a schedule has a bug whereby current database tier of the database is no longer properly tracked by Microsoft. This is interfering with auto-scaling mechanism of CloudMonix that expects an accurate reflection of the current tier of the database in order to adjust it up or down. According to one of the customers, Microsoft is expecting to fix this issue on March 18th, 2017
