CloudMonix utilizes two-factor authentication and requires that user validates their identity thru secondary means (usually email).


A number of approaches are available to help minimize constant validations

  • Invite yourself as a new user and use a social login (Google, Twitter, etc) instead of custom username
  • Ensure that "Stay Signed In" checkbox is checked during logging in AND do not logout of the CloudMonix portal when before closing the browser
  • Request CloudMonix support team to disable two-factor auth for your username
  • Utilize enterprise SSO (single-sign-on).  (Feature forthcoming in Q1 of 2016)
