2016/09/26 - Intermittent timeouts on the web portal

We're currently experiencing and are looking into timeouts on the CloudMonix web portal resulting in red notification errors on the bottom right of the screen.  Issue has started at approximately 2am

Intermittent timeouts have been temporarely solved.  Total impact time 2hrs.  We're still looking into RCA to understand the underlying issue
