New Features
Major - A number of new metrics for Service Bus Queus and Topics: Size of the queue, topic or namespace in bytes, list of topics as a metric, quantity of messages and deadletters in a namespace as a single metric for Topic resource, etc.
Issues Resolved
Moderate - Drodpown for Action target for Windows and Linux Azure VMs should no longer be empty
Minor - "Learn more" hyperlinks are fixed for Historical Report screens
