2017/04/17 - Setup Wizard is unable to authorize all new ARM-based customers

Impact: any users trying to authenticate CloudMonix against an Active Directory that was never authenticated against CloudMonix before will encounter the following error

 

AADSTS90002: Requested tenant identifier '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' is not valid. Tenant identifiers may not be an empty GUID.

 

This is a recent issue that is caused by changes made by Microsoft very recently.  Microsoft has been made aware thru multiple channels.


CloudMonix team is working on an alternative sign-up process, in the meantime

A workaround has been found and instructions for authorization have been deployed into the Setup Wizard screen during authorization
