Major - Monitoring support for Azure EventHubs (ARM version)

Moderate - All Azure ARM-based resources now support tracking of Azure Operation logs (BackupVaults, DataFactory, ExpressRoute, NetworkGateways, ServiceBus, SiteRecovery, SQL Azure Warehouse)

Moderate - Free/Starter subscriptions now allow aggregations of metric data
