Could there be an option in a user's Support Profile to get CloudMonix ChangeLogs sent to them? I just happened to see the most recent one mention the ability to monitor WebApp Backups using the WebApp monitor. I would've never known about this otherwise.
Thanks for your question. Indeed there is. Kindly "Login" to the support portal first. Then visit the Change Log forum and "Follow" it. You an also do the same with Report a Problem forum where we post any outages.
