Overview

AutoTask is an IT business management product used primarely by Service Providers.

CloudMonix integrates with Autotask by creating and resolving service tickets when its alerts are raised or resolved.  Just like with other types of notifications, you are able to control what resources, resource groups and mininum severities are sent to what specific Autotask accounts and service queues.

Three general steps to integrate CloudMonix with Autotask

  1. Find out Account IDs of specific accounts that CloudMonix will assign tasks to
  2. Setup new Integration definition(s) in CloudMonix for specific Accounts in Autotask
  3. Tell CloudMonix which notifications should be sent to Autotask
