We're experiencing intermittent slowdowns in monitoring cycles for customers with CloudMonix accounts in the West-EU data center. Intermittently, monitoring cycles are not completing and metric data/alerts/actions maybe impacted.
We're currently looking into this issue and are suspected an issue with Azure Table Storage in the West-EU
Issues have for now been resolved. We'll placing a safeguard on this issue in a form of a hotfix in the near future.
